1. Jillian Michaels and Heidi Rhoades

The Biggest Loser alum Jillian Michaels and the yoga instructor began dating in 2009. They got engaged in late 2015 and documented their sweet proposal on the series finale of E!’s Just Jillian. However, in June Michaels issued a statement on Instagram announcing their separation, as she said they had "been split for a while now."

2. Jim Parsons and Todd Spiewak

The Big Bang Theory actor Jim Parsons has been in a relationship with boyfriend Todd Spiewak, an art director, for the past 10 years. The couple made their first public appearance at the 2013 GLSEN Respect Awards at The Beverly Hills Hotel.

Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry confirmed their relationship in 2011, and got engaged two years later. The pair finally made things official when they tied the knot in March 2014, and in 2015, Sara gave birth to their first child, a baby boy named Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry.
